Lusiwe was admitted as an attorney of the High Court in 2023 and she holds an LLB degree from the University of the Free State, which she completed in 2020. She is currently pursuing a National Diploma in Real Estate at CPUT.
At HSG, Lusiwe’s primary focus lies in property law, specifically handling matters related to debt collection, evictions, and land claims. She actively engages with both landowners and tenants, working to resolve disputes and, when necessary, take court action. Additionally, Lusiwe provides valuable advice on property and contract matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legal standards. In her multifaceted legal journey, Lusiwe remains dedicated to navigating the intricate landscape of property law, advocating for clients, and ensuring adherence to legal norms
