Warda is an admitted attorney, conveyancer and notary of the high court, having completed her LLB from UKZN. She was admitted in 2014 as an Attorney and Conveyancer and in 2016 as a Notary. Warda’s years of experience in law have developed a keen focus on conveyancing and notarial matters.
Within conveyancing, Warda has handled a wide range of matters from instruction to finality. These include; instructions from individual clients’ unique requirements, commercial clients’ needs, developer’s requests, low-cost housing projects, and instructions from estate agents. She has also done work on various banking panels for conveyancing matters and the registration of bonds such as Islamic and shariah bonds. Warda has dealt with private, commercial, and state transactions, bringing her wealth of knowledge to each matter she handles.
In addition to her expertise in conveyancing, Warda is known for her approachable manner, making her a valuable asset to clients and the internal conveyancing team. She also supports and trains our candidate attorneys who are interested in pursuing their conveyancing and notary admissions, ensuring that our team has the necessary skills to provide excellent legal services to our clients.
